If you’ve ever taken a yoga class or tried meditation, had an energy healing session like reiki, or done any research about those subjects, you’ve no doubt heard about chakras and the role they play in the flow of energy in your body.

A humans we have a physical body and we also have an aura, an invisible (to most) field of energy that runs through our physical body. The aura is made of a more “subtle” substance than is the physical body, but this does not make it any the less real or important, or in fact any the less physical – it is simply physical in a different way. Our aura is affected by all kinds of things: the way we think, who we talk to, our environment and so on.

The condition of the aura affects the condition of the physical body, and vice versa.

Subtle energies flow in and out of us through the chakras, also known as the psychic centres. The spine is like a stem and the chakras are like flowers growing from this stem, through the body, and out a few inches in front of the body, into the aura. Our mindset and our health are inextricably linked with the flow of energy through the chakras, which makes an understanding of them very important.

This guided meditation technique is about bringing harmony and balance through the chakras into the aura, where it must, by the Divine law of nature, have its reflection in the physical body.

I will guide you into a deep meditation, during which I will your focus your awareness upon each of the seven chakras, I will help you in opening and balancing them, which in turn will harmonise the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life.
