5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Refunds are only available if the reading has not yet been performed.
If I am unable to complete the reading, a full refund will be issued.

Once a reading has begun or been completed, no refunds will be provided due to the time and energy invested.

If you need to cancel, your reading can be rescheduled within one month of the original booking date.
After this period, the session will be forfeited without refund.

• I do not engage in spellwork, curse removal, or any supernatural interventions.
